Аннотация:В данной статье представлено изучение актуальной проблемы современности – обеспечение документооборота для предприятия на высоком и качественном уровне. В статье анализируется текущее состояние предприятия, техническая составляющая, а также возможность использования той или иной технологии. Создание и функционирование информационных систем в управлении предприятием тесно связано с развитием информационных технологий. Для хорошего функционирования предприятия нужна своевременно качественна и обработанная информация. Спрос в условиях рыночных отношений на информацию и информационные услуги привел к тому, что современная технология обработки информации ориентирована на применение широкого спектра технических средств, вычислительных машин и средств коммуникаций. На их основе создаются вычислительные системы и сети различных конфигураций с целью накопления, хранения и обработки информации.
In this article, we present a study of the actual problem of the present day – providing document circulation for the enterprise at a high and qualitative level. The article analyzes the current state of the enterprise, the technical component, as well as the possibility of using this or that technology. Creation and functioning of information systems in enterprise management is closely connected with the development of information technologies. For the good functioning of the enterprise, timely and qualitative information is needed. Demand in the conditions of market relations for information and information services has led to the fact that modern information processing technology is oriented to the use of a wide range of technical means, computers and communications. On their basis, computer systems and networks of various configurations are created to store, store and process information.
