Аннотация:В статье актуализируется вопрос о методах современных судебных экономических экспертиз, их значении для следственной и судебной практики. В основе анализа существующей системы методов автором положены: научная классификация методов познания, базовые положения теории судебной экспертизы, анализ материалов следственной и экспертной практики. Система методов судебных экономических экспертиз представлена описанием общенаучных, частнонаучных, специальных судебно-экспертных методов. Автором обозначены перспективные направления развития методов судебных экономических экспертиз, а также проблемные вопросы существующего методического обеспечения судебных экономических экспертиз, требующие своего разрешения в ближайшей перспективе.
The article refreshes the issue of the methods of modern judicial economic examinations, their significance for investigative and judicial practice. The author bases the analysis of the existing system of methods on the following: the scientific classification of methods of cognition, the basic provisions of the theory of forensic examination, the analysis of materials of investigative and expert practice. The system of methods of judicial economic examinations is represented by a description of general scientific, private scientific, and special forensic methods. The author outlines the prospective areas of the development of the methods of judicial economic examinations, as well as the problematic issues of the existing methodological support of judicial economic examinations, which require their solving in the short term.
