Рассмотрена новая конструкция скрепера-планировщика с лазерной системой управления, которая обладает рядом преимуществ по сравнению с короткобазными планировщиками с бездонным ковшом. Применение такой машины позволяет повысить качество планировки земель, увеличить производительность труда, сократить сроки выполнения работ и их стоимость, а также улучшить условия их проведения.
The new design of a scraper-scheduler, which includs a tractive frame, a scoop, the move scraper, the back bridge, and hydrocylinders. The machine is equipped by a laser control system in structure the laser transmitter, the receiver, a control panel and the hydroblock. The Scraper-planner possesses a number of advantages in comparison with shotbase planners with a bottomless scoop. It has successfully passed operational tests under production conditions at a planning of rice checks. The received results of tests confirm its technical characteristics. Application of the scraper-planner with laser management allows to raise quality of a planning of the earths, considerably to lift labour productivity, to reduce terms of performance and cost of jobs, and also to improve conditions of their carrying out.
