Аннотация: Изучается, как университеты формируют и поддерживают конкурентоспособность через взаимосвязь трех механизмов: академического предпринимательства, интернационализации и цифровой трансформации. Опираясь на синтез сравнительной литературы, белорусских нормативных документов и актуальных показателей, выявляются условия, при которых стратегии развития университетов приводят к академически выгодным результатам. Показано, что конкурентоспособность повышается, когда программы соответствуют потребностям рынка труда, в то время как электронное управление снижает транзакционные издержки, а действия стейкхолдеров согласованы. Предлагаются операционные шаги в направлении разработки совместных англоязычных программ, намечаются управленческие меры по их внедрению. В целом достижение устойчивого роста конкурентоспособности университетов тесно связано с внутренней оценкой качества в соответствии с национальными целями развития.
